In der Connection Box 100 sind mehrere Komponenten verbaut, die für die Auswertung des Sensorsignals erforderlich sind. Durch diese Messkette steigt die Unsicherheit des am Vakuum Controller angezeigten Vakuumwertes auf +- 3 mbar (für Sensor 20635423 mit FSO 0,1 %) und +- 4 mbar (für Sensor 20635424 mit FSO 0,3 %).
