From the laboratory to process technology
Oil-free, chemically resistant, durable - VAC 24seven brings the outstanding properties of VACUUBRAND chemistry diaphragm pumps from the laboratory to process technology. Up to three pump modules can be combined with one control module to achieve a pumping speed of up to 120 m3/h.
Each pump can be decoupled for service purposes without affecting the vacuum process. This enables system availability 24 hours a day, seven days a week - VAC 24seven.

with VARIO chemistry diaphragm pumps
At the heart of each pump module are two speed-controlled VARIO diaphragm pumps. The pump modules are available in two different versions:
- 5 mbar ultimate vacuum and 30 m³/h pumping speed
- 70 mbar ultimate vacuum and 40 m³/h pumping speed
Control module
Controls the vacuum process
The control module adjusts the motor speed of the pump modules according to the need and regulates the vacuum process efficiently and quietly. Proven VACUUBRAND technology is also used with the versatile VACUU·SELECT vacuum controller. This enables integration into process control systems through various interfaces.
Configuration stages
Modular from 30 to 120 m3/h
Depending on the type and number of pump modules, VAC 24seven is available in the following configuration stages:
Pump module 5 mbar:
- 1 module: 30 m3/h
- 2 modules: 60 m3/h
- 3 modules: 90 m3/h
Pump module 70 mbar:
- 1 module: 40 m3/h
- 2 modules: 80 m3/h
- 3 modules: 120 m3/h
Scale up with VARIO chemistry diaphragm pumps
Use the same vacuum technology as in the laboratory
Use the same vacuum technology for your pilot systems as in the laboratory. VAC 24seven is based on the VARIO diaphragm pumps. These are available in different versions with a pumping speed of 2 to 20 m3/h. With VAC 24seven, depending on the type and number of pump modules, you can achieve a pumping speed of up to 120 m3/h .
